Capt. Poncho took Laura Blake, her Mother, her brother Craig, and her friend Nick out the the Cajun Chalet...the chef prepared for them some homemade gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, potato Salad, fried fish, blackend red fish and for desert they had strawberry shortcake and red velvet cake!! They had a wonderful time at the Cajun Chalet and had great time on their fishing trips!!
