I also bought one before last season, almost junked it a couple of times. It took me a while to get used to it, but I like the principle behind it and it does work great once you get the knack. The problem I have with it is the low light performance. On a food plot where there is more light available later it works fine, but in the woods it seems to loose its light gathering capability too quickly.
I don't think it's any worse than a peep sight in the woods, but it doesn't give any low light condition advantage there. It is a great form corrector, I seldom have to make any adjustment in form anymore, its almost always lined up at full draw when I glance at it now. So really once you gain confidence that your form is good, even in low light conditions if you can see your pin to place your shot you shouldn't need to see the anchor sight. So it's probably the best low light sight available, but its gonna be a while before I'm confident enough to release on an animal with that kind of confidence.
