I'm guessing its a fish that was released from someone's aquarium. Looks awful like a lot of the catfish from the Amazon area and a species of the Syndontis Catfish from Africa. Just a guess.
I think it is a Amazon Catfish, get in touch with wildlife and fisheries and notify them so that way they can tell u and u let us know what it is. definitely not native to Louisiana waters though.

That catfish was caught in California and was probably an aquarium pet that was released after it outgrew its aquarium.
