question for youth hunt

Reply

Got a question about youth hunt. I have a 12 year old and a 8 year old. Oldest been hunting with me, and this year the younger wants to join in. Can one adult bring both boys on youth hunt? Youngest does not have hunter safter certification, but oldest does. We will all be in boat blind together, just need to find out what is right or wrong. Thanks for any info.

'Watch 'dat Muzzle'
...this might seem a little hard, but bring one gun between both of them w/a 'time share' arrangment...it may be hard too watch two muzzle's at the same time...(Dadda can get excited too) and muti-task'n only takes away from everybody's focus...sometimes 'ya can set your own standards above and beyond any of the 'preachers'...cheers

Yes and Yes
Yes and Yes, you can bring both and they both can shoot, however the youth hunt weekend is now over.

I took my 8 year and 5 year old today. My 8 shoots a 20 auto and 5 year old shoots a bb gun, Lol!

thanks
Thanks for the info. But I am in the east zone so our youth hunt is next weekend. I appreciate the suggestions, and will think about that. But my 12 yr old is a big boy and been hunting with me for a couple of years now, so he can handle it pretty good, which would leave me to give more help with the younger. Cant wait to have them both with me hunting regardless of the outcome. Thanks again.
