Catfish are biting at manchac. Fishing on bottom at night. Tide has to be moving or you'll only have crabs steal your bait. Tide direction doesn't seem to make any difference. As long as it's moving, they're biting. Size range 15-50 lbs.

what are you using as bait? and bank fishing or by boat?

the catfish are always easy to catch in manchac, and they are great!! just go to middendorfs, don't get no better!!!!
