it will be my first time going to grand isle in a long time will the rain shut off the saltwater fishing in grand isle please reply yes or no about tne fishing.

There is no yes or no answer. It all depends on where you want to fish. Down on the coast and a few miles inland no the rain wont affect the fishing. but the farther north you go as the salinity is reduced the more a big dose of freshwater can affect the fishing. stick w/ the cuts and beaches and the southern islands and you should be able to catch fish.
