There is no public Land In Delacroix, all of the land is privatly owned. There is good hunting on Biloxi WMA that is open to the public. There has been a lot of post on hunting there and hunters have had good success there this year. Good luck in your search for a hunting location and good luck during the second split.
However there is biloxi marsh which is right across the road in hopedale. i think may be better bet than delacroix late season because it will have water. Not sure if thats an accurate statement but for some reason the outer biloxi marsh holds more ducks when the water drops. All of the spots i checked first split that didnt have ducks now have ducks and vice versa just about.
