Hunted the South Farm this morning. They have 7 holes open and there about 30 hunters for the lottery. We drew hole number 5 and set up 3 doz dekes and 2 mojos. What a disappointment! Headed to the Wax this Saturday for the opening of the second split. Cannot wait! I will post photos.

I also hunted there this morning disappointing just about sums it all up.

How did you guys get to hunt the south farm on a Thursday? I thought all hunts were through the lottery only? The lottery hunt application only has saturday dates?

Tuesdays and Thursdays are an open lottery. Show up at the South Farm gate by 4:30 and you'll get to enter the drawing for the 7 blinds they currently have. 3 man blinds and all 3 of you get a ticket so if one gets drawn all three get to hunt. Agents bring you to the blind so you don't need a 4wheeler or a truck. You'll need chest waders for most holes.
