I have a abu garcia revo s that im trying to fix. The handle turns, the spool turns, the bar that spins which turns the piece that distributes the line evenly on the reel turns, but the eye that the bar is supposed to move gets stuck in the corners and the line bunches up in the corners. if anyone understands that and has any idea on how to fix it please comment.

On the bottomside of the guide that feeds the line into the reel is a cover head, flat screw and small hole to oil. Undo this screw and you will find a small part called a pawl with a small blade edge that fits into the worm gear that moves the guide. You can easily replace this small part and should be able to find at Academy or any sport's store that fixes reels.

Same as the other posters said. It is likeky that the pawl is worn. This is the part that goes in the worm bar and moves the line pick up back and forth. They wear over time and are simple to replace (about $6.00).

Make sure to clean off the worm bar and lubricate when replacing the pawl.

I have several Revo Inshores and really like them. Heavy use and no problems.
