Hunters beware of Pat Heughan of Kimpatadv.com. This guy is a crook and a compulsive lier. He will tell you anything to get your money. He trys leasing out hunting land and tells you all these great things about the property and they all turn out to be lies. I would suggest to not give these people any money for any kind of hunts or leases cause he will screw you. The dude is a joke

Where's this guy's hunting property located?

Not sure this year but last year he had a lease in winnsboro and enterprise, but he lost both of those because he's so full of crap and ripped off so many people.

I've been reading your post and comments about Pat and his alleged transgressions. First off, here are some disclosures about site sponsors. Site sponsors pay a nominal fee of $20/month. We do not check out every sponsor to see if they are legitimate or not (imagine what kind of manpower and time that would take for $20/month!).

Also, as a business, he can do anything he wants...build a website, advertise on facebook, google, etc and get listed on hundreds of websites for free or for a token amount of money without anyone checking his credentials.

I think it would have to be up to the persons looking for a hunting lease to do the homework. There is no way for us to go out and verify every business and make a determination on their legitmacy. Persons who feel they have been ripped off have recourse thru the courts. When he gets successfully sued enough times just maybe he'll get the message?

Now that you have brought his bad business pratices to light, we will cancel his contract and refund his money.

Yep, he roped me in as well. After I paid him he fell off the earth. I am pretty sure he showed me property that isnt even part of the lease. I am not sure if any of you have tried any legal action against him, but it is looking like a possibility.

Hardheaded...yes you can flag ads in the free classified section of the site as a scam. If you click on the ad and think it's a scam, you can click the scam button then. We have a secret formula that we use to then have the system knock it out auto (can't tip my hand because then the scammers and other unsavory folks would know too.)

In regards to site sponsors being scams or unethical business themselves, we rely on you guys to let us know. There have been 6 instances so far where that has occurred in 10 years where we have had to send the site sponsor their money back and cancel the contract. Proves MOST of our site sponsors are legitimate. Thanks.

Will last night my buddy was banded from lease site because he agrued with pass post about the Scam man Pat Heughan. Said man won't answer phone but would only text. So at this point everyone should note the Scam Man is just there to take your money and mess you over. I'll keep a eye out for the CON-Man and note when he Posting Spam Scam for memberships

It a local matter and doesn't fall in their court Small claim court only place to go and without 2-4 more people cost and time out of my league
