Missing dog *Reward*

This past night my dog has gone missing from my brother's house in Broussard, in the new Southfield Subdivision. He is a four year old male dark yellow lab around 55 to 60 lbs.He is wearing a camo collar with no ID tags, but he does have an avid microchip. I am a college student at LSU, and this dog is truly my pride and joy. If anyone has any information please contact me at 504-417-2138, 504-417-6767, or 504-417-0234. Anyone who finds my dog or knows where he is will be given a reward. Please spread the word to anyone you know in this area; it will be greatly appreciated

FOUND!!!
Well I found my boy. Someone saw me riding around and asked if I was looking for a dog, and they had picked one up. Thanks to everyone who looked. I really appreciate it. It was very relieving knowing that he was safe.

FOUND PUP
AS AN OWNER OF A LABRADOR I AM ALWAYS CONCERNED WHEN HE IS OUT OF SIGHT. ALTHOUGH HE IS VERY LOYAL TO ME, HE DOES AT TIMES GET A BIT TURNED AROUND PARTICULARLY WHEN HE IS 'WORKING' TO RETRIEVE A DOWNED BIRD. WHAT I HAVE DONE IS TO PLACE AN ID TAG ON HIS COLLAR AS WELL AS A MEDICAL TAG (HE IS DIABETIC),A CHIP HAS BEEN INSERTED AND HAS ALSO ON HIS PARISH VACINATION TAG. NOTE: AS YOU ARE NOW AWARE THERE IS ALMOST NOTHING MORE WORRISOME THEN LOOSING YOUR DEVOTED 'BUDDY'. VERY HAPPY YOU FOUND YOUR PUPPY. NOW DO ALL YOU CAN POSSIBLY DO TO PREVENT THIS FROM OCCURRING AGAIN. NEXT TIME YOU MAY NOT BE SO LUCKY.

Great news !
Nothing in the world like losing a good loyal dog.
I have a soft heart for lost/strays. I once found a redbone when I lived in new mexico. Collar but no tags. I penned him, washed and feed him up. Ran a few local ads in the free 'lost/found pet' ad sections of the newspapers.2 weeks later a vet that I had contacted apparently told the lost dogs owner I had the mutt and gave her my number.

She comes over,ol' hound's glad to see the owner, plenty of mournful howling, etc. The lady opens her purse and says she don't have much money for reward, I say, Lady, you got one dollar ?, go down the Petsmart and put a phone numbered tag on the ol hound dogs collar, Please....

Stout Collars with well attached info tags help tremendously.

Glad yer Pup is home.
