Grill Fish Taco Salad

Grill your favorite fish with your favorite seasoning but sprinkle with a little Cumin. Crank up your fryer and take the flour tortillas and when the grease is hot place one into the grease and use a metal ladle to push it down and hold it for about 15 seconds, then use metal tongs to flip it and fry for about another 20 seconds, remove and drain on paper towels. This will be the base for your Grilled Fish Taco Salad. Chop some lettuce, onion, garlic and bell peppers. After you made your crunchy taco salad shell, grill your fish, we like to use Red fish caught fresh that day, after you pull your seasoned grilled fish off place on the side. In a sauté pan add your butter, onion, garlic and bell peppers, sauté for about 2 min, add your grilled fish and some of your favorite picante sauce and sauté for an additional 30 seconds, be sure to add a touch more Cumin. (If you like it hot add some Chile peppers). Put your washed chopped lettuce into your fried flour tortilla (Taco Shell) and top with you fish concoction. You can add some sour cream and guacamole if desired sit and enjoy.
