OK...now I know what you are talking about. Espeacially now that I know where you are located. Lotsa people got those in that area. Thats where they are made.(most of em). Yes they cost a lot. They also take a huge motor to push them because they weigh so much. I wouldn't mind having one if I had a lot of cash though! You can give a boat like that to the next 3 generations and all they will have to do is put a new engine on it. Very tough. Keep an eye out for a fiberglass boat with the windsheild. It will be easier on fuel and easier on fuel when you tow it. You just moved to a great fishery. Also some darn good hunting too. The hunting is harder because of the swamp, but the fishing isn't too hard.
