I'd give you a thumbs up , I have two Dodges , work and pleasure , a 2005 Dodge 1500 hemi and a 2008 Dodge 4500 with the 6.7 Cummins and both have been excellent for me , on the 2005 1500 since I got it , it has had a set of front brake pads , a battery and a power door lock mechanism , and has never been in the shop or towed , 98,000 miles and it has done a lot of towing , I pull a 25 ft travel trailer and a 23 ft flat boat ---------- the 4500 I still love but was in the shop for a few warranty repairs , hydro brake booster leak , a/c compressor clutch , and the cooling clutch fan were all replaced ------ but that is nothing to the numerous times my 2006 Ford was in the shop , if I added up all the time the Ford truck was in the shop broke down during the 5 year loan I had on it , I say at least 6 months I paid for it but I didn't have it --------- when I replace the 1500 , I am going with a 2500 and the 6.7 Cummins ------------- the Ford 350 super duty I had was getting 8mpg with 13,000 total weight of the truck and tools in it , this Dodge weighs in a 16,500 and gets 17.5 mpg solid , I ride a lot for work and save enough on fuel to pay the truck note and insurance every month and still have enough for an Outback dinner , I cut my fuel bill over $200 a week switching to Dodge from Ford
