it was pretty stupid to empty the basket and eat them. They could have set surveillance and caught who ever it was.

Should have clipped a fin on each fish and informed the weigh master. That way they could have the cops waiting at the weigh in. Would have been a felony charge.

If the reporter hadn't done the story and called enforcement, those things could have been done. Too late now.

That has always been a problem with team and singles tournaments with no polygraph test. Not near as likely in draw tournaments. Fishing off limit waters is just as bad. Happens way to often.

couldn't pay me to fish any tourney that allows single fishermen in a boat.
To easy to cheat .
