Fished on Friday, June 6th. We had to go deep to find the snapper. All the shallow rigs that we fished were all small snapper. Started in WD70's and had to keep moving deeper and deeper to find the big ones. We caught all our Red Snapper in water between 200 and 250' of water. The average size was between 10 and 15lbs. There was a blue water rip at about 38 miles southeast of Grand Isle. After we limited out on snapper, we trolled the grass line and caught one 25' Black Fin and one Chicken Dolphin so small, that we thought he would have chocked on the lure.
