Big Bass

I caught this monster, 24.5' bass from a pond near Baton Rouge. The estimator table says its should weigh 9 lbs but it didn't feel nearly that heavy. As you can see, its skinny. All the bass in the pond were skinny. They must be starving. Still, its the longest bass I have ever caught! Caught on a Rapala Skitter Pop frog.

That is a fine specimen right there. Probably not nine but big none the less.

Being that the fish was kinda skinny.... Im guessin its somewhere between 4-6lbs give or take
