I mailed a letter to each CEO of all crude oil refineries which are currently operating a refinery in Louisiana regarding the declining availability of non ethanol gas in the State.
Especially note the paragraph about what I learned about non ethanol gasoline availability in Nebraska and Iowa. These two States DO NOT have a single refinery in their States, AND, they are the largest volume manufacturers of ethanol in the Country, BUT, they offer their consumers BOTH ethanol AND non ethanol gasoline at EVERY station in their States. I first learned this when a friend and I attended the NCAA Baseball College World Series in Omaha in 2009.
