Big buck down I had a little history with this buck we called turkeyfoot. He got his name due to the palmetto of his G2,G3 and G4 on his left side looking like a turkey foot. I shot him last year my arrow was deflected by a small limb hitting him in his hip. Fast forward one year later back in Illinois same farm, same ridge, same stand on the first evening I see him tending a doe, grunting like crazy, snort wheezing an chasing of the smaller bucks, she see's her opertuneity to sneaks off. When he noticed his chance of romance was slipping away he comes running down the same lane she passed giving me a 30 yard shot, sinking my arrow fetching 's deep.
