I tried this yesterday in a Char Broil oiless turkey fryer. Got tied up doing something else forgot about the duck and pulled at an internal temperature of 190 in the breast. My fault. Anyway. The duck lost a lot of water, and the meat was a little tough and dry but not terrible. I'm going to try again and pay a little more attention. Thinking 165 maybe 170 in the breast next time.
