Cajun Anchor

I am thinking about getting a Cajun Anchor for my 20-foot bay boat and don't have any experience with them. What size should I get and do they work well? All pros and cons are welcome. Thanks!

it is cheaper and fairly easy to make them your self, you can make 2 for less than you can buy 1

Re: Cajun Anchor
if you buy one, make sure it's stainless steel as the aluminum anchors are too light and don't work well. I use a 5' stainless cajun anchor on my 22' bay boat and it works very well.

Make your own using the copper coated ground rod from Lowe's. http://www.lowes.com/pd_70860-28781-70860_0__?productId=3446270&Ntt=
