Hwy 11 boat launch?

I haven't fished the hwy 11 bridge in many years. The last time wasn't long after Katrina. I remember there being a boat launch right before the bridge next to what i think was a bar. Is the launch still there and useable?

Yep it's still there on the right before the bridge. And it is still usable
