Food plots on wma

Does anybody know if u can plant a food plot on a wma or is that considered baiting as we'll?

You can't just go and plant a food plot on a WMA.

They are called wildlife managemeny areas because usually the agency that manages it plants food plots and does prescribed burns etc. Now being that this is louisiana and jindal has robbed us blind i doubt too many plots will get planted, but no you cant go plant one, at least dont tell anybody you did.
