Read the article on the home screen! Enough said!

I have a 25hp hand tiller. The cord stays connected to my life jacket which is always on me while running. Got checked on False River by WLF and cord was not easily seen from his position. He went to give me citation but I had to point it out to him. Usually its a warning citation but they are only trying to save your life.

i no i have to have it i always wear it but my motor kept killiing on me while i was already on the water. after some investigation i discovered that the kill switch was malfunctioning so i took it off the motor to see if i could of found out why and try to fix it to get in to the launch. well i couldn't fix it so i had no choice to ride to the launch without it and they stopped me on the way to the launch. i told them what happened and still got a ticket cause it was not on the motor. i didnt get a ticket for not wearing the lanyard i got a ticket for not haveing a engine cut off switch on my motor

What if your motor wasn't made with a kill switch? What year did motors start having a kill switch?
