Duck identification

My nephew killed this while duck hunting Saturday morning. Had 4 of them on the edge of the pond. He picked the biggest one and folded her with one shot. Not sure if this is a Mottle or Black. I know that I should have identified it before my nephew shot, as real duck hunters do, but the action was slow and we didn't want to miss the opportunity to add a bird to the bag. Also, anyone got an idea of how much it weighs? My dog is 70 lbs. Me-Quan - you may have some good input on this.

No doubt a bull mottle.... Black ducks more frequent the east coast. Its definitely full of eggs, probably held on to the eggs because of the harsh conditions in the prairie pothole region. #ElNino

First of all, no Bull Mottled duck ever had eggs. Only hens would have eggs.

Secondly, it looks more like a squealer to me.

So my vote is a hen Squealer.
