Anyone know what is going on with all the coastal restoration projects?

As i fish around Lafitte I see a ton of coastal restoration projects but little are no news from anyone on what is going on. Last week I saw a drag line across from SeaWay working. They seem to be working on building some type of ridge as the mud is being pilled high. What is the over all plan does anyone know even heard a rumor last week they plan to put a golf course in the area lol

Admiral JS...that mound might be a Louisiana 'Digger O'dell' tax collector stache'n his $$$ (we are some of the highest in the nation) ...often wonder when some poor trusting soul ' wins ' the good cause St.Jude house raffel then finds he can't afford all the over-loaded property taxes ??? ...how long do you think it would take for those prime 'quicky' tax liens to get filed ?...as far restoration some (out of state) editors think 80% will be eating-up in legal fee's...and some will wait until the money is blown before they say anything ...it all depends on which way the wind blows ???...cheers

P/S...even heard a mysterious voice on TV that some parts of the manipulated system was crooked...that's hard to believe in America...cheers again

The coastal restoration projects are just about complete. The entire process is just a study by the 'good ole boys' ' consulting firms that will be completed when the money runs out!! Good luck!!
