So today I hunted the pond that I scouted yesterday. Had 5 teal in a matter of minutes. Left one spot open with the hope of a mottled or grey but nope. After 930 I threw in the towel. No big ducks around. Could have killed dozens of teal tho so wasn't a total waste. No pin feathers either so they will bake nicely.
