River cats

Went to the basin and fished the river yesterday eve. And caught sixteen cats on dead shrimp

Would you mind giving a general area. Retired elderly gentlemen would like to catch 2 or 3 for a fry. Thank you and I enjoy reading the reports.

I once lived in that area. Baldwin. When I was a young man I fished out of Meyette Point and went to the Amarada Oil Fields. My dad died when I was young and this gave some enjoyment in tough times. 12 foot 32 inch bottom and a 9.8 Merc. Barely made it up the channel.
