Another full week of catching

Vesco Rentals and Cardinal Services fished with us today. My boat focused on trout and Capt Lonnie's boat on reds. We found a great bite at daylight then picked away in spurts the remainder of the day. Capt Lonnie's crew whacked the reds catching a easy limit.

Vesco Rentals, Cardinal Services, Oilstates, and Sparrows joined us on Day two of the Oilmans. Myself and Capt Lonnie focused on trout finding a much slower bite then the day before. High winds and rough seas made it tough. Capt Travis and Kevin whacked the reds again as the reds have been easy to catch. Capt's Elton, Gerald, Jared and Casey fished out of Cocodrie and all had respectable catches of trout. Good times were had by everyone.

Day three with the same crews. All four boats in the Du focused on reds today. We all found a very slow bite in the morning. Two stayed near the honey hole waiting out the bite while two of us went on the search!! We hooked 7 before my crew threw in the towel. Two boats that waited it out both limited. All four boats in Cocodrie found a much slower bite today with the high winds, but all came in with respectable catches considering. Big thanks to the continued business from my customers over the years. Can't thank Capt's Travis, Lonnie, Kevin, Elton, Gerald, Jared, and Casey enough for the hard work they put in making all the customers happy. Great work guys.

Big thanks to Capt Labat for taking care of Robert Laville's crew today.

Good customers James Wheeler and Ben Ratcliff were back and brought their friend Ed. With the winds up we opted to stay in calm waters and catch reds. It was a good call as the reds were stacked up and waiting for us. As soon as we pulled up, the guys were hooked up and steady reeling in fish. #20 hit the deck by 8am. We left the reds biting to go bass fishing. We added 9 bass to the box, caught and released 7 more reds, and found a lonely lost speck. Always a good time with these guys. Thanks to Capt Casey for running the second boat with Robert Laville's crew.

Day two with James Wheeler, Ben Ratcliff and Ed. The morning started off a lot slower than our previous day. We picked away all morning on reds under the four horsemen corks with bait shrimp. Then the reds turned on and started eating up our #matrixshad green hornet. We left the reds biting, as it was as good as it gets.

We loaded up the boat to make a quick evening scout trip!! It turned out to be a quick Trout Slam! We found slick seas and hungry trout waiting for our double rigged Matrix Shad. Good times by all.
