The Reel Impact LLC crew from Oklahoma made it to Dularge last night. We loaded up all the Blue Wave Boats this morning and headed out. The kids had the time of their lives catching slot reds, bull reds, trout, sheep head, puppy drum. Incredible day with this group, as these kids made memories that will last a lifetime. Big thanks to Steven Parks, Richard Parks, Tim Long, and Terri Nuechterlein with Bluewave.
Big thanks to Capt's Travis Miller, Lonnie Barr, and Jared Broussard for running the other Bluewave boats.

Day two with the Reel Impact LLC and Blue Wave Boats crew in the 30 plus mph winds was another success. Post front conditions with high winds and low water didn't stop these boys from putting fish in the coolers. It was a true pleasure to be a part of this and see the excitement in all of the boys faces. Truly a trip of a lifetime for these boys making memories that will last forever. Thanks to everyone involved in making the trip possible. Safe travels on your way back to Oklahoma tomorrow. Huge thanks to Capt's Travis Miller Lonnie Barr and Jared Broussard for running the other Bluewave boats showing everyone the time of their life. Also, huge thanks to Capt/Chef Shawn P Whitney for cooking all the awesome food, everyone loved everything. Without these great guys none of this would be possible. Thank you guys again for all you do.

Jack Legendre was back again on a two day trip with another group of customers. We slept in late thinking we were going to cancel due to the rain. The guys decided they wanted to go rain or not, so we left the dock at 9:30. The guys put together a mess of bay snapper, reds, specks, and a lonely bass. Great easy going group that just wanted to have fun and catch a few fish.....mission accomplished.

Day two with Jack Legendre and crew, the guys requested reds and got them! We could only fish for three hours as they had to be back to fly out. We found a pile of fish in one area and they hooked 15 fish while on Powerpole. Lots of laughs and high fives. Two great days with these guys despite the windy conditions and rain. Always a pleasure fishing with Jack and his crew, I look forward to your return in December.
