Friggy Marsh

Does anyone know the regulations on hunting Friggy Marsh in slidell? An old timer told me there was some good hunting out there and thought Id check it out. Couldn't find anything on how to access or regulations on hunting out there.

Area ya referring to is the Fritchie Marsh,part of Big Branch NWR and located in East Zone.Check out the Fed Regulations and I can tell ya it gets crowded in there-word to de wise-try mid-week hunts as opposed to week ends.Do yaself a favor and either paddle in good ways or use flatboat to transport pirogues in like lotta Big Branch Marsh hunters do!!Good luck,plenty of divers out there and resident mottled ducks plus what ya would expect from a salt-water marsh!!
