Be aware of Blind Turns

Reply

I normally don’t fish on weekends, but staying in home I started to get cabin fever, so decided to go after sun up , today I seen a Dum Azz boat driver at full throttle come flying past me into a Blind Turn, If there would on been a boat fishing there he would probably of killed someone, with no regards for safety !! So fisherman please slow down in turns that you can’t see around ! Be safe on the water, Got on a good bite today kept a few of supper 🧙‍♂️🎣

Yep,Wiz,plenty of boaters out there with little regard for others, unfortunately!!Was fishing recently,in somewhat of a blind turn and guy came roaring in and I waved and he spotted me well enough in time to slow down, thank God!!!Bunch of years ago,was fishing outta my Chapman pirogue in Tchefuncte while bass tourney was going on(incidentally, caught some fine bass and fellow living on T-Funky said no one he talked to other than me caught anything)!!!Guy in fine bass boat did the un-thinkable-rather than keep at warp-speed when he saw me and throw zero wake-he slowed down and about knocked me outta pirogue and I did get swamped, thankfully was close to shore and dumped out gallons of water outta Chapman and cursed this guy!!!Never again will I try to fish the T-Funky while ANY bass tournament going on!!!Keep sending nice speck reports-gotta break away when I can and seek some fish!!!
