Googan Float !

Was out fishing last week and came upon this floating along bayou I was fishing , looking like it’s been out there for awhile , any one recognizes it ? Definitely a googan that’s using 4 lb test mono on a set up like this! Don’t leave your junk! Pick it up when ya leave ! 🧙‍♂️🎣

Yep,Got lotta inconsiderate folks out there and whoever discarded bunch of frog carcasses right at the 3 Rivers Launch needs to instead ditch em in middle of river vs tossing em right where folks would be stepping on em-last time I launched at 3 Rivers Launch heard a couple complaining bout dead frogs and told em dey did not die but were missing back legs and someone had nice haul but shoulda discarded dem carcasses elsewhere!!See plenty corks everywhere-too bad dey do not have deposit like dem ole-time Coke bottles used to have-maybe we could pick up some lure money!!!

the thing about the frogs is that someone should get a ticket and fine for wanton wasting. There is a lot of meat on the body and front legs. just to cut off the back legs and throw the rest should be a crime. It's unfortunate that Louisiana laws dont deal with that aspect

Yep,My father-in-law would waste NOT a thing and he loved eating ribs of squirrels and even ate the doggone heads,not exactly my choice but he enjoyed Wifey’s squirrel stew and she would make sure he got de heads. He likewise saved front legs and rib cages of bigger frogs. The T-Funky has so much beauty to offer kinda hard to fathom someone discarding those frogs right at launch. Oh well,could be that they floated up by launch but seriously doubt dat😬🐸
