8/19 Lease Run, Teal Time coming

Reply
Friend and I made the plan to check the lease out, routes open only had to grind out in one spot, run it a bit more and won't be a problem, grass beds look great, not as many Lilly's, saw a few teal and squealers floating around all we need is more birds for the opener

mulletsquisher,Awesome news,CCAguns and I and one of my Medicare Clients fished the Hopedale area yesterday and spotted nice band of blue wings.I am a Federal/Public land warrior and so far have not had much of a chance to scout, know a few spots that have traditionally produced some teal in past and found some very promising spots just last Teal Season.Awaiting prop re-hub for SouthFork, got just about all painting done(need to shoot clear coat on one-half of motor pan and cover-got new decals put on and she looks better than new)and might see if Bayoubob ready to scout a few promising spots!!Good luck!!!

Mandy,
Thanks, that 50 on the Southfork sure is gona look all shinny and new just in time for the season, hopefully we have a few more birds down this year. Nothing like taking a nice slow ride to scout your area when ya get a chance. Looking forward to seeing the photos of the completion of your efforts on the engine.
