Change is not always better !

I use to spend hours on this site reading reports. It was full of new reports from everywhere. It had plenty people using it and I use to enjoy it. Then low and behold someone decides they can improve it. When the change happened I didn't care for it but I gave it a chance to grow on me. Well that never happened, I still didn't care for the new format. Evidently I wasn't the only one. I see very few new post's on here. What's on here is stale. I can't believe you as the owners and you as the person responsible for this forum can't see this also. I sure miss the 'good ole times'.

Totally concur with your opinion and lotta regular posters who USED to routinely post on this site feel the same way.Maybe one day,it will revert back to de 'ole' days!!

I agree. I hardly come here any longer because the format stinks. I offered that opinion shortly after the changeover.

Clearly usage and participation by the average Joe has declined. Perhaps the name should be changed from 'Louisiana Sportsman' to 'Louisiana Fishing Guides'. ????

There are so many good forums out there (for example the Texas Hunting Forum linked below) that it's hard to understand why this site persists with this unfriendly and unattractive format.

Agreed. The best thing that has happened since this site changed is now I actually do my job a little bit better as I am not on this site constantly. And yes, they could change the name of this site to \'Dularge trout and redfish reports\'.
This also used to be the best site to sell outdoor related items. That is a thing of the past as well.

I totally agree. Very aggravating when looking at classifieds and advertisements pop up and block what you're looking at. I just quit looking when that happens.
