Has anybody been fishing or heard any reports on trout around the Hwy 11 bridge in slidell? When do the trout usually start biting out there? Have they fixed the lights along the bridge yet? The last time I was out there (night time) was a few months after Katrina, and none of the bridge lights were working.
Also, how long before the trout start to move into manchac pass? Isn't it usually around mid-May?
