I'm going bass fishing at Cotile Lake this weekend. Has anyone been there lately and can give me an idea where to fish and what to use. Thanks.

I don't fish that lake to often but a friend of mine does. They caught some nice fish the weekend of 3/31. Went back 4/7 and didn't do so hot but that was the weekend the cold front had came through. They caught some nice bass and some white perch all in about 2-3ft of water on chart/white spinnerbait (perch were hitting 1/4"oz and 3/8"oz spinnerbaits). They did tie on some jigs and caught some additional white perch all in 2-5ft of water. Told me they were all males. Good Luck!!

tundor316 did you catch the white perch deep or shallow? I had a friend who went out of Open Bayou in Saline and caught 31 specs this past Sunday. He left work early today to make another trip (wind 20mph) and only caught 5. All were caught shallow.
