Need some advice!!

Ok guys, I finally got it figured out!! I hunt an area that is very thick and almost unhuntable. Walking is very hard and so noisy you don't have a chance. Hunting from a stand is so hard cause you can only see about 20 feet.
I got it though, I'm going to build a small one man blemp!! I'll have it man powered so I'm legal and I'll just float over the area until I spot the deer or hogs and just shoot him from the blemp!! As for getting him out, just land, tie a rope around his head and lift off!!

What do you guys think?

If it's legal, it's perfect. Wind might be a problem.

2 things either take the time at the end of season to cut some lanes or just burn the area.

If you have hogs spread out a bunch of corn and the hogs will clear out the area.

I think that if it works you will need to build two of them. Once it is proven and is real, I know that Old Timer will want one so yall can be friends!!!
