Everyone needs to seriously consider fishing this. It is for a good cause and it is a blast every year. The camping area over there is beautiful and everyone cooks and drinks alot both nights. You will meet alot of good people that are serving our country in the military and have a good time. Did i mention that even if you decide not to fish you will enjoy yourself just hanging around there for the day drinking beer, enjoying the scenery, watching the weigh in, drinking beer, drinking beer and drinking alot of beer. The only thing that i will warn you about is that i hear that the 1sgt there is a real a##ho** and he may jump your case if you dont drink enough beer. But seriously if you anticipate drinking as much beer as me you really need to stay sleep there. The old LT is in!!

I won't be camping, but we'll be out there on Friday setting up, and we usually cook a big jambalaya for everyone that helps. We might even drink a few cold ones.

As far as the Jeffery tying knots, why don't you challenge him to a knot tying contest?

Just a reminder, tournament this weekend, bring the kids, there will be a rock wall for them to climb. Also, there will be a food stand selling burgers, drinks, jambalaya etc.

Fun for all.
