Ice house in Grand Isle

Does anyone know if there is an ice house in Grand Isle or anywhere to buy bilk ice.

I am looking for one of the local places that sell bulk ice, not one of the vending places.

If your close to my office in Independence, I will GIVE you 550# of ice for your trip! You load it. Only place I know of is Venice and it was $5.00 a basket.

Blanchard's shrimp shed is located on Oak Lane or Oak Street on left hand side not far past the supermarket.

I like the idea of ??such ice houses. Sometimes I saw similar ice decorations in the yards of houses. But I'm more impressed by the more standard design and beautiful landscape.
