VENICE DUCKS

Anyone have any reports on the duck situation in venice? I went scouting thursday around the delta refuge and pass a loutre wma and seen maybe 500 ducks. I covered alot of area in about 5 hours and it didnt look too promising. Has anyone else seen any ducks? It would make me feel alot better if someone else seen more than i did.

Thanks for the update super duck. I didnt see any feed anywhere except for a few minor patches of duck potato. Looks like it might be a carbon copy season like the one after katrina due to the lack of feed. Think im gonna make the opener in lafitte this year with my padna.
