A buddy of mine brought a piss pot full of them lil boogers to the camp one day....after cooking a huge pot in a gravy, it was, "what to do with the rest of them" ? They had marinated overnight in red wine vinegar and Italian dressing. I debone them little breast, wrap them each in bacon with a pad of cream cheese and one lil jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper and put them on the pit...My GOD, I thought the crew was going to bite a finger off......Yummmmmm.. My buddy is working on this years batch. Swore he would never give them away again...
