Got a good one this weekend!

I am looking for a good taxidermist. I have had many people tell me that Janet Beard in Denham Springs does great work. Has anyone on here seen her mounts? If so, can you post the pictures?

I recommend Daryl Smith not sure what his phone number is. He lives on ridge road in dutchtown and does great work for good prices. He's pretty quick, makes a really pretty mount, and is a good guy to sit and bull$hit with for awhile. I have a deer over there right now will post pics when I get it back in a few months.

Is that a club in st landry parish or on public land??

Benard Lejeune in Eunice does great work. He did a deer for me in 2005 and did my dad's last year. Great work for a good price. I am at work I can post pics later.

Hey Chad,
I went to freddie's last night on a friend's and your recommendation. All I can say is WOW! The pics on the website do NOT do justice to how good his work is. Unreal. I was worried more about quality than quick turnaround. He had 150 racks on his shop floor to do before mine. Told me that mine should be done around june. How does he do that many with such fine quality? He told me that he never needs sleep! How showed me a pic of you with a monster in velvet!

I think I'm going to let Janet Beard from Denham Springs do the mount. I saw some of her work and it is impressive. The backgrounds she does are very unique. I will post pics after its done.

Freddie did one for me that I dropped off last January. Got it back two weeks ago and the mount is simply awesome! His work is outstanding just don't be in any hurry.....I will have him do another if I am lucky enough to get one larger.

How wide? Can't tell from the pics.
