slick trick broadheads

Reply
Does anyone use these, bought them last year and have yet to draw blood. We are going back to pennsylvania this year for the muzzleloader doe harvest, and if there is time I will try and fill my buck tag w/ the bow. My broad heads are the 100 gr. 4 blade 1-1/16th I believe. I hope this is enough to take down a pennsylvania buck. Legal buck is 4 pts. on one side. Hoping for a nice 8 or better. thanks

Seem like very nice heads, I wouldn't be scared to go Elk hunting with those. Do your part and they will do theirs. All the reports I've seen on bow links have been extremely positive. I set up one bow with them and they flew real good, built very well and as sharp as you'll get. Don't think twice, be confident.

That's what I was set up for last year. They shoot very well out of my setup. Never stuck a deer with one but all I ever hear about them is good. I like how the blades can't come off unless they break or the head comes unscrewed.

I have used these broadheads for the past 3 seasons. They are fantastic! Extremely sharp, fly very true, and produce massive blood trails. Last year I killed 3 does with them; all three it bored a hole through them the size of a golf ball! None of them ran more than 50 yards. Quick kills; fast recovery. As far as fixed blades go; I have not shot a broadhead better. Bigger isn't always better. Don't let visually small cutting diameter fool ya...

Good luck!

These are very tough little heads. I have taken 3 deer with them and 2 were spine shots that broke the backbone and dropped them in there tracks. Hardly even put a nick on the blades. Other one hit a rib and thru other side front shoulder so very good penetration with them. They also fly very well.
