well finished the first batch of sausage this morning. Came out really good. I need to lower my temp just a lil and adjust my recipe a lil but all in all it came out good for a first try

i will try to make my own sausage this year. i don't have a recipe i will try to wing it. but your sausage looks good

yea this is a john folse recipe out of his after the hunt book. but it has a lil too much garlic and I cut it back my half a cup. but its good. just has salt, red pepper, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. theres also a green onion recipe right next to this one. I'll try it next.
