That's it! I can't take it any more. I hunted this past weekend IN THE SNOW and my feet felt like they were in the bottom of my watered down ice chest. The rest of my body was toasty warm, its just my feet or should I say toes. My boots are some Lacrosse 800 gram and I had on a thick pair of wool socks. I have tried everything from 2 pairs of wool socks (which makes my feet sweat) to wool socks with cotton socks on the outside. I do need a new pair of boots and have heard some good things about Muck Boots. But, at this point I will try anything. On a final note, I am very disappointed in the quality of Lacrosse boots. The pair that I have now are 2 years old and have split in the achilles area. My dad had the whole sole come unglued on his pair while in the woods. My last pair lasted 7 years! I refuse to buy Lacrosse anymore. Maybe its has something to do with them being made in China!
