IMO this is a cull buck. Very healthy looking deer, but I believe this is a cull. Dont see any signs of stress on that rack where it would be broke from fighting. Bucks have not started rutting by me yet so I know most of the ones I seel like this are culls. Just my opinion.

Looks like a broken beam to me. The from the looks of the second picture his beam broke right after the brow tine.
