O.K. Here's the deal. I have been waiting for my time off to hunt some ducks in a little spot that I have been watching for several months now. Between my work and all the high water, this morning was the first chance I've had to hunt at all. After a twent min trip by boat my son and I made it to the SPOT and started to scout around a little. About 30 mins after we arrived,,I heard a boat in the distance and then someone shouting. Didn't pay much attention at first but then I took notice because it was a steady yelling for 30-40 seconds. Immediately following the yelling, which I couldn't make out at that distance, there were three fast shots. I looked at my son and said "surely someones not trying to keep us out of here like that" I decided to ignore it for the next hour or so as we continued to scout for a place to set up. Then, I found the "bait". There was corn scattered all through the 12 inch deep water for at least 50 yards. Talk about mad! Immdediatly I wanted to call the game wardens but the more I think about it,,is it really worth all that? I'm not gonna get to hunt the spot regardless and I have done some crazy "STUFF" in my younger days. Just wondering what the general consensus is.
