I was leaving a job site today and our truck driver ran over a nest of baby rabbits. Only two survived. Has anyone ever raised baby wild rabbits. I have heard its hard to keep them alive when they are babies. What do I feed them? Their eyes are open. ???????? HELP!!!

Red clover
Feed them red clover its their favorite food i had two that i raised from barely having hair to adults and let them go in the yard they still appear every once in a while. There is a wild clover that grows and its make a purple flower i call it red clover. thats all they would eat and they would eat plenty of it just look in fields. they grow FAST. If yo cant find that use regualar clover. Look up the eastern cottontail and itll tell you the diet for this time of year thats what i did and it worked and i heard all the stories of how hard it is but its possible. Coulnt tame them though just dont let them get worked up keep em calm.

Warm
To keep them alive provide them with plenty of warmth. I suggest a heating blanket and alot of liquids to keep them hydrated. I had a baby squirrel and the LSU vet office told me that heat is the most important part
