there is a captain on here by the name of Josh Howard (Deep South Charters). Take a look at his posts. He is always bringing home the big fatties.

Great guide, great boat, Easy ride, all the gear, catches fish everytime. It's a can't miss fishing experience catching species from redfish to Sperm whales!!

Fished with Capt. Hunter yesterday. Caught Yellowfin, saw Sperm Whales had a phenomenal day. Last Mardi Gras we caught 5 Yellowfin, one went 205#, three were around 150#, and one was just under 100#. We also caught Wahoo. You can see our trip with Hunter on the BIGFISH web site (www.theBIGFISH.net) it is titled Mako Mania. Hunter is a great choice.

I would highly recommend Capt. Ed Freaky. http://www.tunatimecharters.com/
Regardless of who you fish, I would also recommend that you book an overnight trip for that time of year if you are serious about catching some yellow fin. Also you will want to book as far in advance as possible. Good Luck.

Capt. Clark Trosclair of Sea Creature Fishing Charters. We always have a great time and he never fails to deliver the fish!!! Check out his website @ www.SeaCreatureCharters.com

Also take a look at Grand Isle captains..being from out of town I think you would enjoy the Grand Isle atmosphere much more than Venice as there are more ammenities on the Island. Check out Cherece IV charters, and Capt Daryl Carpenter with Reel Screamers. Cherece IV offers a sportfishing boat if you are looking for more comfort while daryl has a center console. Both captains will put you on fish

I'd second Capt. Kevin Beach. Went out with him about 3 weeks ago and he put us on the tuna in no time. Great guy as well, we truly appreciated his company.

I agree that Capt. Hunter is the best that I've seen as far as just pure fishing goes. He's not the most personable guy in the world, but he really knows what he's doing out on the water. If you wanna catch fish, that's who you should go with.

We live in a time where the idea of hiring a professional landscaper seems to be on the decline. You can see this trend as people start doing more and more work themselves, planting vegetables and other food crops, or even choosing not to do anything at all.
